Repair Process

The repair process at Priority Collision has many steps, so here are the basics! 

1: Estimate

Before any work can be done, we will assess the damage to your vehicle. Our staff will then give you or your insurance company a complete written estimate. Also, any parts needed to make the repair will be ordered during this phase.

2: Vehicle Preparation 

The damaged parts of your vehicle will be disassembled and the original layers of paint will be removed. You will be notified if we find any hidden damage.

3: Body Work

The focus is on the structural body - dents repaired, new panels prepared and installed, priming, sealing, and corrosion protection added. The area repaired will be cleaned and sanded, making it ready for paint. 

4: Paint

First, the vehicle will be prepped, primed, sanded, and sealed. Then, it is ready to go through the Priority Collision painting process.
